The Riot Police

The Riot Police end their Ontario tour in their home town of Ottawa! Come out to the show for a great night of music!

The Riot Police:
The Riot Police are a four piece Indie Pop Rock band formed in Ottawa, Canada, by Alex Boyd in 2007. The band is composed of Alex Boyd, Max Gibson, Riley Hawkins, and Taylor Harris.
Drawing early influences from acts like Coldplay, Kings of Leon and The Killers, their sound has developed into strong anthemic Pop Rock songs.
As the band continues to grow, their instrumentation and melodic planning only gets better and better, but what sets them apart from the rest is their vocal performances. Lead singer Alex Boyd grew up singing in the acclaimed Christ Church Cathedral's men and boys choir, and participated in tours of England, and France, while Riley Hawkins was apart of Cantebury high school's vocal performance program. Along with Max, they combine for some fantastic vocal harmony and dissonance.

Parasona's debut full length album "BAD SEED" is now available! The album embodies the rollercoaster that love plays on our hearts, minds and souls. It also shows the struggle to grow as a person and come out the other side as more than just a bad seed. The album's debut single "FALL DOWN" was produced by Arnold Lanni (Our Lady Peace, Simple Plan, Finger Eleven).

Shelter Valley:
Shelter valley started in 2015 with Nick on guitar and his cousin on bass, and a guy who lived down the street from him on drums. We didn’t have a singer at the time. Eventually after searching and not finding an appropriate singer, Nick started singing for the band. After a few lineups, Nick came across Tom, Alistair and Alessandro and here we are.
Shelter Valley is based out of Eastern Ontario. Nick is from Cornwall and Tom, Alistair and Alessandro are all from Ottawa.
