The Treble

LIVE! on Elgin & Collective Arts Brewing Present: The Treble

With Special Guests Favours & The Riot Police

The Treble:
The Treble are an alt-rock band from Winnipeg, Canada. Our debut album "Modernaires" is now available:
Formed in 2008, The Treble have been slowly carving out their place in the Canadian music scene with engaging songs, a passionate live show, and drive to give back to the community through their up all night fundraiser "24 Shows in 24 Hours". With a dark, casual, and confident alt-rock sound, The Treble mix strong melodies and anthemic harmonies with lyrics about friendship, travel and staving off the real world. Songs from their first two independent EPs garnered radio airplay, and saw the band do several cross country tours and play multiple international events.

The Riot Police:
The Riot Police are a four piece Indie Pop Rock band formed in Ottawa, Canada, by Alex Boyd in 2007. The band is composed of Alex Boyd, Max Gibson, Riley Hawkins, and Taylor Harris.
Drawing early influences from acts like Coldplay, Kings of Leon and The Killers, their sound has developed into strong anthemic Pop Rock songs.

Favours are a band that that you will never hear from…unless we need something.
Born out of personal rediscovery, they sing of the delightful fantasies and harsh realities of adulthood. How fitting that they practice in an office space after hours.
Favours recently released their debut single “In the Night” receiving praise from 50+ blogs and online publications. They have opened for The Zolas, Sean Nicholas Savage, and have been featured on Indie88’s “Your First Listen”. They have big plans for more releases over the next 6 months with an EP slated for early 2019.
